Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 January 2026 · Applies to mrrdigital.nl and the platforms we operate

Mrr Digital ("we", "us") is a company registered in the Netherlands. We respect your privacy and process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG). This policy explains what we collect on this website and the principles that apply across our wider network of digital properties.

1. Who is responsible

Mrr Digital is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at [email protected] for any question or request relating to your personal data.

2. What we collect on this site

This is a corporate information site. It contains no contact forms, no accounts, and no advertising trackers. Every asset the page needs — fonts, styles, scripts and images — is served from our own European infrastructure, so loading this site sends your data to no one but us. We collect:

  • Technical request data recorded by our web server (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser user agent), used to operate the site securely and diagnose faults.
  • The content of any email you choose to send us, kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

3. Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and requires no cookie consent banner. Individual platforms in our network may use cookies; where they do, each publishes its own cookie notice and asks for consent where the law requires it.

4. Legal basis and retention

We process server log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure, and retain it for a limited period before deletion. Email correspondence is processed to answer your enquiry and retained for as long as our business relationship or legal obligations require.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. This website embeds no third-party content and makes no requests to external services — no font hosts, no content delivery networks, no analytics — so browsing it discloses nothing about you to anyone else. Beyond that, we share data only with the service providers that host our infrastructure, under data processing agreements and only to the extent needed to run our services. Our hosting is located within the European Union.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request:

  • access to the personal data we hold about you;
  • correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data;
  • erasure of your data, where no legal ground requires us to keep it;
  • restriction of, or objection to, our processing;
  • a portable copy of data you provided to us.

Email [email protected] to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures across our platforms, including encrypted transport (TLS), least-privilege access to production systems, monitoring, and regular backups.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
